Got accepted into the JET Programme as Coordinator of International Relations

I first applied to the JET Programme in March of 2020. At the time, they were only looking for one CIR, and after a few months of paperwork and an interview in both English and Japanese, I had the privilege of being selected.

Because of the pandemic, however, the departure date—which was first set as September of 2020—got delayed. First in January of 2021, then in April, and finally in October of 2021. Dealing with the multiple delays was no easy task, but I’ve been doing a few jobs and having a few projects in-between (this very blog included).
